Programs

Circle Toward Wholeness is an educational organization dedicated to developing innovative wellness programs that directly affect our productivity and sense of happiness in daily life.  Our programs can range from a traditional yoga class or talk on nutrition to customized group learning experiences.  CTW offers general classes open to community members as well as customized consulting and learning experiences for organizations.  Many of our programs are ideal for employee training. Programs that are open to the community often require pre-registration.  Please refer to the individual program description as to registration or deposit requirements.

“Attending a yoga class at lunchtime is wonderful! The physical activity awakens, strengthens and stretches my muscles while the mental focus helps get me through the rest of the day!” -Suzanne S.

I got to spend a whole day in self reflection. This added energy to my sense of direction, helping me let go of a quibble of being seen as the person I used to be, not the person I am today.” ~ Estill Putney

“Thanks for your help & ideas!” ~ Bonnie C.

“I loved the games and sharing ourselves. I liked doing the personal work to take with me.  The meditations were great, too.  Please offer again next year!”  ~ Anonymous

“I just wanted to thank you for putting together such a wonderful opportunity.  I feel as if I got so much out of that time and I am so excited to have the chance to work with everyone again next month.” ~ Erin Berman

It has been valuable to me in the sense of getting my mind gears working and in taking the time to focus on what is going on for me personally. Thank you!” ~ Orion

“I like being in groups where it is visible seeing people come out of their shells and recognizing things in one another that they may not have taken the time or been able to acknowledge outside of a circle situation. The circle group today was a good example of that type of situation.” ~ Alexx Phillips

Taking time to be introspective does not come easily to me.  I appreciate your giving me the format
and a few “jumping off” points. I am also encouraged to invite some of the ideas into my community-based gatherings.” ~ Nancy Maurelli

I enjoyed the variety of activities, the different spaces and their uses.” ~ Jim Dubinsky

At the World Fusion dance I found myself sculpting figures in the air calling in the shy artist in me to come out and play. At the end of the last song “Wings” got me flying!  I love the internal focus of this movement meditation.  I am always surprised at what unfolds.  I highly recommend this opportunity that Sandy and Bob have created for those of us that love to move with the music.” ~ Jayn Avery

“I enjoyed the solitude and inward focus.  I’d not experienced that in a “talking” group before, only in silent meditation retreats.  Interesting combination of interaction and self-reflection.” ~ Paula Markham
