About CTW

We believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every human being.

We believe in conscious choices that nurture and respect the whole community of life.

We teach relational skill building – relation to self, relation to others, relation to environment.

We focus on process.  What is alive in you right now?

Circle Toward Wholeness was formed to provide easy access to personal support toward wellness in mind, body and spirit. We collaborate with like-minded Holistic Practitioners, Organizations and Businesses to provide coaching, one time workshops, on-going classes and retreats around a schedule that meets your needs.

Developing personal inner peace and wellness is a life-long process. We begin by accepting where we are right now. This mind, this body, working and living in this place, with all of these relationships. All of the rest is awareness. Awareness that every day we make choices that determine our own health and happiness. Awareness that we are living in changing times. Science is catching up to understanding how the human body and mind really work. New medical information comes out daily. Can we focus on wellness and relieve areas of tension or stress before they affect our quality of life? Can we learn some new habits that make us feel better? Can we find a sense of well being speaking and doing that which makes us feel good about ourselves?  We certainly can!

The path to inner peace and the various experiences and self-care practices that work, will be different for each one of us and different within each community. It is our experience that gathering in small groups with people who have similar interests and sharing information makes the process of wellness both enjoyable and efficient.  In a group participants support and encourage each other to complete goals.  Circle Toward Wholeness provides training in the relational skills that make these groups work.  In addition, we provide a large variety of mind-body-spirit wellness program content.  These Wellness Groups can meet in workplaces, businesses, churches, neighborhoods or other community gathering places.
